How long will it take to get my goods?
We aim to ship all goods shown in stock within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Usually this will be first class or couried over night. So you should have your items within 2-3 days. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
My item is not in stock how long will it take to get it?
Items not in stock may take some time get in again, please contact us for a specific due date for your order.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Yes you can! Please see the returns section on our website for more information on how to do it.
I can't find the necklace in the colour I want?
We endeavour to put as many products up on the website as possible but we do still have more items available. For specific requests please contact us using the information on the contact page.
Can I get my jewellery delivered to another address?
Yes, we can ship to an address different to where you live, so you can receive your jewellery at work or get a gift sent direct to a loved one.
Do you have a show room I can visit?
Yes we do! We have two shops, one on the high street in Honiton, Devon and another just opposite Debenhams in Taunton, Somerset. Please see our contact page for further details.
Do I have to order through the website?
No you don't have to. If you see a product you like but do not wish to enter your credit card details, please just give us a call.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, we do. If you have a shop or other outlet and would like to stock some of our jewellery please conatct us and we'll come and meet you. After the initial meeting we can set you up with wholesale log-in so you can continue to shop through this website! Click here for more details.
