Terms and conditions.

 

  1. Receipt of Coastline Jewellery's newsletter automatically enters the recipient into Coastline Jewellery's 'Monthly Prize Draw'.

  2. It is not the responsibility of Coastline Jewellery to ensure the recipient receives email notifications or the newsletter itself.

  3. No employee or family of an employee can win the 'Monthly Prize Draw' competition. If the RNG selects the email address of an employee then the RNG will be run again until a valid email address is selected.

  4. The winner of the competition will be notified be email.

  5. The winner of the competition can claim their prize in person, by phone or via email but this must be made within 28 days of the notification email being sent.

  6. If after a month the recipient has not claimed their prize then the prize will be offered up in the next month's draw and two prizes will be given away.

  7. It is possible that a recipient can win the 'Monthly Prize Draw' in succession.

  8. At any time Coastline Jewellery retains the right to withdraw the prize or stop the competition without notice.

  9. All decisions of Coastline Jewellery with regards to this competition are final.
