      ON LINE RETURNS POLICY 
      We understand at Coastline Jewellery that you have to feel the jewellery and try it on before you know it is the right piece, therefore we have a no quibble returns policy (unfortunately this excludes earrings).
      If you are not entirely satisfied with the product please feel free to return it us within 14 days for a refund on the product. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced and a credit on the return postage will be offered. In the unlikely event  a replacement or repair is not available, a complete refund will be given. Any loss of products in the post on it's return is the responsibility of the sender, if sending something valuable please use a signed for service.
       
      IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
      Any unused item (except earrings) can be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate.
